Pastor Patrick L. Russell, a native of Chicago, Illinois, is the Pastor of Ridgley Ministries (RM).
Pastor Russell received his Ministerial License in 1998 and in 2000 was ordained as an Elder in the Churches of God in Christ, Inc. (COGIC) under the leadership of late Bishop David W. Spann, Sr.. Prior to his installation as the 2nd shepherd of Ridgley Ministries, Pastor Russell served in both the local, district, and state department ministries leading to his appointment as Ridgley Ministries’ Youth Pastor in 2002.
As a preacher, teacher, writer, and mentor, Pastor Russell has traveled throughout the United States and abroad, preaching the gospel, facilitating workshops, and providing consultation to ministries new and established alike.
Installed as the Shepherd of Ridgley Ministries in November 2016, Pastor Russell continues the legacy and vision started by his father, Dr. Herbert J. Russell, Sr. Pastor and Founder.
Pastor Russell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland at College Park. Pastor Russell is married to Lady Tekesha Russell and they have five children together.

Lady Tekesha Russell, a native of Miami, Florida, is the First Lady of Ridgley Ministries (RM).
As a renowned singer, recording artist, and licensed Evangelist, Lady Russell has traveled throughout the United States and abroad, spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the preached Word and song, and facilitates workshops on praise, worship, and music ministry excellence.
Lady Russell is a lover of the Word of God, the house of God, and the people of God, she endeavors to be a Godly leader and teacher of the life- changing principles found in the Holy Bible.
Lady Russell holds a Master of Science degree in Education Administration from Trinity University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Health Systems Administration from Howard University. Moreover, she is a Certified Health Education Specialist, Special Educator.
Lady Russell is married to Pastor Patrick L. Russell and they have five children together.
